Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Please communicate at the time of booking if you would like the third bedroom's two XL twin beds converted into a king bed.
Property Access
- The front door has a Ring-style security camera, as well as one on the parking area.
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: offroadadventuresnc.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- This home is pet friendly, allowing one dog up to 60lbs for an additional rent of $25 per night plus tax.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are welcome to attend. In the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, pickleball, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Fees and Payments
- One dog up to 60lbs is allowed for $25 per night plus tax.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- Firewood for the outdoor fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. Two bundles of firewood are $25/night plus tax.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Guests returning to Lost Bark Lodge may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking Information
- The circular, level driveway provides access and parking for your group.
- Main roads are plowed in winter. 4WD or AWD required November-March in case of heavy snowfall. The driveway is level with easy access.
